Oscar Vidal brings more than 15 years of global experience to Madan+, helping high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families navigate complex wealth planning needs. Before joining M+, Oscar spent over a decade at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, where he held senior roles across investment solutions, strategy, and private wealth. His background spans consulting, operations, and financial services across South America, Japan, and New York, giving him a uniquely broad and integrated perspective on wealth management.

At M+, Oscar serves as a trusted “personal life CFO” for clients—translating financial complexity into clear, actionable strategies that support both present enjoyment and long‑term legacy.  He is known for taking time to understand what matters most to clients and translating that into a disciplined planning approach. Oscar values M+ for its integrated model, which enables clients to coordinate wealth management, estate planning, insurance, and lending.

Oscar holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, and an MBA from Georgetown University, where he specialized in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, he is a marathon runner, cyclist, and skier, and has completed races including the Chicago and Boston Marathons, with plans to run the NYC Marathon in 2027. Oscar was the recipient of Bank of America’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Award and has been recognized by the White House for his volunteer service.
