Chryssanthe Gasho

Chryssanthe “Chrysse” Gasho is a People Operations Manager who builds people-centric systems that turn key employee moments—from onboarding to development—into experiences that drive engagement and results. With a background in HR strategy, operations, and frontline service, she blends data, technology, and human connection to help people feel supported and set up for success.​

Chrysse’s path into People Operations started with a love of psychology and a deep curiosity about how people think, feel, and show up at work. Before joining M+, Chrysse spent nearly a decade at Capital One Bank, progressing from Branch Ambassador to Senior HR Strategy and Operations Lead, where she honed her ability to read between the lines and translate employee needs into better processes. She loves being “the heartbeat of an organization,” ensuring people have the resources, structure, and support they need so they can do their best work and feel genuinely valued while they do it.​​

Outside the office, Chrysse is a mom, wife, and community-minded sorority adviser who loves baking, spin classes, and family adventures across Long Island.  Raised speaking Greek before learning English, and still known to break out the craft supplies to design a cooler or bedazzled champagne bottle for friends, she brings that same spirit of care, culture, and celebration into the way she shows up for the M+ team.
