Aaron Hughes has spent 15+ years in financial planning and insurance, drawn to the work by a desire to help people accomplish their goals. What brought him to M+ was Kuldeep’s approach to client service and the firm’s core values. The energy and focus on execution matched exactly what Aaron wanted to build.

As COO and Senior Partner, Aaron translates strategy into reality. He designs and implements the systems that drive growth across M+’s insurance and wealth platforms, ensuring the firm’s structure, people, and processes support expansion while maintaining the culture of precision and accountability. Aaron’s leadership philosophy: don’t ask others to do what you’re not willing to do yourself. His father taught him that nothing replaces hard work, and Aaron carries that lesson with him in everything he does.
