Jennifer has spent nearly 30 years in financial services, and that kind of experience shows up in how she runs an operation.

Director of Finance
Jennifer served as Director of Finance at two MassMutual locations over 15 years, overseeing financial reporting, revenue operations, and multi-entity management. Before that, she built her foundation at Prudential, Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, and Advest—firms where precision isn’t optional.
She holds an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University along with Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses and a New York State Life and Health license.
People who’ve worked with Jennifer know her as someone who brings clarity to complexity. She sees the full picture, asks the right questions, and builds the financial infrastructure that lets a growing firm actually grow.
At M+, Jennifer oversees financial operations across all entities—budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and revenue reconciliation—while partnering with leadership to strengthen how we plan and scale.
She lives in East Northport, NY with her two boys, Michael and Ryan, her boyfriend Tom, and her dogs, Bailey and Stella. Outside the office, she’s an avid baseball fan and a loyal supporter of St. John’s basketball.
