With more than 18 years of experience in lending and wealth banking, Ari Zweben serves as Director of Lending Operations at Madan+. Prior to joining the firm, he spent seven years as a Senior Wealth Lending Advisor at TD Wealth and five years as a Premier Banker at Wells Fargo, developing deep experience navigating complex credit structures and diverse client needs.

Ari holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Widener University. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach to each engagement, with a focus on precision, clear communication, and practical decision support.

At M+, Ari translates complex financial statements into clear, accessible lending analyses. His work includes preparing credit memos, improving internal processes, and supporting thoughtful credit decisions for both clients and advisors. His days often involve distilling detailed financial information into clear, visual explanations that help stakeholders understand current positioning and available options.

A teacher at heart, Ari values mentorship and knowledge‑sharing, particularly with emerging lending professionals. Outside of work, Ari spends most of his time with his wife and children. And in an unexpected chapter earlier in life, he spent his early twenties as a professional mascot.
