Kevin Monroy is a Case Manager at Madan+, bringing six years of experience supporting life insurance cases from initial assessment through final policy delivery. Before joining M+, Kevin spent over four years at Policygenius as a Senior Case Manager, where he developed expertise in underwriting coordination, client communication, and end to end case management.

At M+, Kevin serves as a central liaison among agents, underwriters, vendors, and administrative teams to help support smooth application processing and keep stakeholders informed throughout the case process. Known for his attention to detail, proactive communication, and ability to keep complex processes on track, he is focused on providing consistent, high quality case support from start to finish.

Kevin was drawn to this field through his interest in financial services and his passion for helping people navigate important decisions. He brings a service driven, collaborative approach to his work, and is recognized for his strength in mentoring teammates and helping clients build confidence. He’s inspired by the evolving nature of underwriting and is always exploring ways to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys watching historical documentaries along with reading and learning new languages. He aims to make every interaction grounded in integrity, respect, and follow through, so those he works with feel supported and informed at every step.
