Krisa Malaj

Krisa Malaj was born and raised in Albania, where she graduated from Polis University in Tirana with a degree in Urban Planning and Architecture. Her studies built a strong foundation of discipline and creativity, but her curiosity and desire to keep learning led her down a completely different path.

Before joining M+, Krisa spent several years in the medical and aesthetics field, where she served as Director of Sales and Customer Services. In that role, she led a growing team, built strong client relationships, and helped improve both operations and the overall patient experience. Those years taught her the importance of empathy, communication, and consistency—qualities she brings into everything she does today.

At M+, Krisa supports executive leadership with scheduling, client management, operations, and event planning. No two days are the same, and she thrives on the fast pace and variety of her work. Known for her adaptability and calm under pressure, she focuses on making things happen—and getting them done right.

Krisa is a fast learner who welcomes feedback as an opportunity to grow. She speaks four languages, most of which she learned naturally through TV and daily life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and focusing on becoming one percent better every day.
