Making the impossible possible was ingrained in Kathleen from an early age. Raised by a single mother who displayed grit and kindness in equal parts, Kathleen leans on her example as she delivers strategy, collaboration, and structure to every corner of the organization, often turning “no” into “yes” for the benefit of the practice’s clients including our advisors, brokers, and end-users.
In her nearly five years with M+, Kathleen has seen the team grow from three people to twenty, allowing her to layer historical knowledge with fresh approaches to drive momentum forward. As we increase in both size and sophistication, Kathleen leads with a true appreciation for not only the complex challenges that each generation of M+ brings, but also the way the team aligns around the bigger vision to solve problems and work smarter.
When it’s time to relax, you’ll find Kathleen and her husband boating on Great South Bay, or enjoying time at home with their three dogs, bird and extended family.
