Rumman Khan is the Executive Assistant for Sales & Operations at M+, handling the chaos between teams and quickly turning problems into solutions. With eight years of experience across legal services, business development, operations, and a Chief of Staff role, he brings a calm, reliable presence to fast-moving priorities and competing demands.​

A graduate of St. John’s University with a BA in Government and Politics, Rumman prides himself on helping others and making it easy for colleagues to get things done. He believes leaders should act like coaches, that teams have to work together to win, and that it costs nothing to be kind—values that shape how he supports the people around him every day.​

Outside of work, Rumman is a new dad, family man, and avid reader and writer who loves movies, TV, and talking about just about anything over good food. A casual martial artist, he brings that same discipline and growth mindset to his life and career, always looking for the next opportunity to learn and help the team thrive.
