With five years in the industry and prior experience as the Founder and CEO of PSA Wealth, Will specializes in managing complexity, overseeing strategy, operations, and advisory teams to help ensure each client’s financial world is aligned and optimized.

Will’s path into financial services was shaped early on by watching his father navigate business ownership without the guidance, structure, or network needed to create lasting wealth. That experience inspired his career and continues to inform his work today. At M+, he is known for his ability to make complex topics simple, his curiosity‑driven leadership style, and his commitment to helping clients feel heard, understood, and valued. He was drawn to Madan+ specifically by Kuldeep’s mentorship and the firm’s shared belief in service‑oriented leadership.

Outside of work, Will’s passion for coaching still runs deep. If he weren’t in finance, he would be coaching college football. In fact, he was once the youngest full‑time college football coach in the NCAA at just 22 years old. He brings that same coaching mindset to clients and colleagues alike. When he’s not working, Will enjoys CrossFit, golfing, coaching football, spending time with his family, and hanging out with his two golden retrievers.
