Jessica Ciccarelli

Jessica Ciccarelli learned early that life can change without warning, and that what comes next often depends on how prepared you are. That lesson, born from losing her father in a plane crash at a young age, has shaped nearly 35 years of work built on one belief: people deserve to be protected to their fullest potential, and someone has to care enough to help make it happen. 

As a Partner at M+, Jessica is a master juggler. She works alongside brokers and directly with clients, because she has never been willing to give up the one-on-one. She thrives on complexity, keeps multiple priorities moving when others might step back, and delivers a high-touch level of service from the first conversation to the last. 

 A self-described student of the business, Jessica leads with loyalty, shows up consistently for the people she works with, and holds herself to the same high standards she expects of others. 

 Outside of work, she travels often, for business, for fun, and often both at once. Jessica enjoys good food, good friends, and a great sporting event. She is proud of her two adult daughters and calls Las Vegas home with her two dogs, Scarlett and Pepper.
