Vince D’Addona

Vince D’Addona has spent 47 years demonstrating that a great financial strategy is only as good as the person delivering it. His superpower is communication, helping to turn dense, complex decisions into clear, engaging conversations so clients walk away with greater understanding and confidence.

Throughout his career, Vince has mentored countless professionals and is frequently sought out for his perspective on estate, retirement, and business planning matters. A 2017 inductee of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils’ Estate Planning Hall of Fame®, Vince built his career across four disciplines: estate planning, exit planning for business owners, distribution planning for retirement, and financial education.

Outside the office, Vince is probably on a pickleball court. He picked up the sport after trading New York for Las Vegas, and he’s worked through something like ten paddles trying to find the right one. He’s also a backyard pitmaster running seven smokers who turns out some of the best ribs and pulled pork around. What makes him proudest sits far from any client win or hall-of-fame nod: three kids who have grown into people he genuinely admires, and two grandchildren now keeping the circle growing.
