Taseen Seeam

Taseen Seeam is a Mac Support Specialist at Madan+, bringing three years of hands on experience across IT, data, and technical operations. Prior to joining M+, he worked as a Data Analyst at NuvemRx, where he ensured the accuracy and reliability of backend data processes, and held technical roles at several startups that strengthened his problem solving foundation. He holds a B.B.A. in Statistics from Baruch College.

At M+, Taseen is dedicated to making technology seamless for every team member, particularly those transitioning from Windows to Mac. He troubleshoots across software platforms like Outlook, Teams, Adobe, and macOS, supports onboarding, and equips new hires with the tools they need to succeed. His quick thinking and ability to absorb information rapidly make him a go to resource for efficient, reliable tech support.

Drawn to technology since childhood, Taseen approaches every challenge with curiosity and a desire to understand how things work. He values effective communication above all, believing that clarity drives better service, teamwork, and leadership. Known for his calm demeanor, even under pressure, he prioritizes patience, thoroughness, and helping colleagues feel comfortable seeking support.

Inspired by his parents’ perseverance and work ethic, Taseen brings dedication and integrity into every aspect of his work. Outside the office, he enjoys working out, hiking, traveling, martial arts, car maintenance, and spending time with friends. Born and raised in Queens, he brings both community spirit and a love of learning to M+.
