JulieAnn Hepburn

Growing up, when she wasn’t bucking hay or mucking stalls, JulieAnn was working on her family’s Christmas tree farm, a childhood that instilled the work ethic and tenacity that define her today. 

That same drive has carried her through decades of solving the kind of tax problems that make most people’s heads spin. 

As a Partner at M+, she’s the connective tissue, coordinating across advisors and specialists, maintaining momentum, and driving execution with an ownership mentality. Her path to this point wasn’t linear. She’s worked in fashion, technology sales, and early entrepreneurship before focusing her career on exit planning, all the while learning from mentors like Vince D’Addona. Having operated across the full spectrum of client net worth, JulieAnn found her home in the high-net-worth space: working on large estate tax exposures, significant capital gains events, and complex business succession challenges. Plus, she’s done it from coast to coast. 

 A self-proclaimed student of human behavior, JulieAnn has always had a natural ability to understand how people relate to each other and what they need, and that insight informs everything she does.  

Outside of work, JulieAnn enjoys alpine skiing, golf, travel, and maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. She values time with her husband, as well as her close-knit family and friends. She also carries a history full of surprises: from being Mrs. Chicago and competing in the Mrs. Illinois Pageant to her skills as a master seamstress.
