As a former Division I soccer player, Danny Salazar lives by one principle: the best offense is a good defense. In college, that meant protecting the ball and the goal. Today, it means protecting the families and businesses who trust him with their financial future.
With 18 years of experience, Danny serves as a Partner at Madan+, specializing in helping clients navigate complex financial challenges through clear, actionable strategies. He leads client and advisor education, advanced case design and complex planning analysis across client engagements, approaching each with objectivity, accountability and a focus on education.
Guided by a “client first, team first” philosophy, he strives to simplify sophisticated concepts and bring structure to complex planning situations.
Danny is proud to give back to the community, supporting causes including his alma mater, Stony Brook University, Angela’s House, which provides care for medically fragile children, and Follow My Steps, an organization that empowers underserved youth through mentorship and education. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the golf course, lost in a book, or spending time with his family.
