Jocelyn Padgett

Jocelyn Padgett is an expert fixer. Growing up, she dreamed of a role where she could keep everything running while someone else took the stage. Today, she serves as the Executive Assistant to Chief Revenue Officer, Brian Olenick. Brian would tell you that he’d be lost without Jocelyn. She’s his trusted gatekeeper and sounding board, the person who can see what’s happening, share her perspective, and keep work and life on track. A decade in the Public Relations and Communications world, including experience working in the cannabis industry, taught Jocelyn what it takes to build something from the ground up. That experience shaped her to become a natural fit at Madan+. She also brings deep expertise in the event space and lives for the moment when a concept she has built finally comes to life. Outside of work, Jocelyn is a small-town country girl at heart who has called New York City home for 11 years (although she’s still waiting to see her first Broadway show). She picked up salsa dancing last year and can often be found at a studio or a social dance event. Sundays belong to church, and her days end at home with her poodle-mix, Milo. Giving back is close to her heart. She volunteers at community kitchens during the holidays, a habit that started with the Salvation Army when she was younger. She credits her grandmother, a sassy, opinionated five-foot-nothing pool shark, for her spirit.
